Certification Class Application
Requirements
Participants are chosen by jury and the class will be limited in size. The following are requirements in order to be considered:
- You must be an employee at a TLC member property for at least 3 months.
- Your job description must include service directly to the guest (concierge, front desk, guest services, etc.)
- You must provide a resume. Inclusion of a letter of recommendation is preferred.
- We ask that you are versed in the Savannah 101 book. Prior knowledge of Savannah activites, events, landmarks, etc., is strongly recommended.
