Want to get the word out about what you do? Tourism is BIG business in Savannah and we want to help you get your share of a $2.07 billion industry.

As a restaurant, attraction, tour operator, or any other business in the tourism community, there is no better way to get the word out than by a recommendation to the guests. While the guests are here, they ask the concierge, front desk clerks, bellman, and other guest services staff to recommend something to do, eat, and see. The lodging property staff bases their recommendations on things they do, eat, and see.

So, get your products and services in front of these frontline workers, and they’re more likely to recommend your business to their guests.

At the Tourism Leadership Council, we have created the Coastal Concierge Association (CCA), a group that gathers lodging property workers together to help them do their job more effectively and be more knowledgeable about local businesses like yours.

As a TLC member, we will get the word out about your business at no charge. We’ll use our email database of CCA members, a group of nearly 300 individuals who work as concierge, front desk, guest services, and other frontline employees.

We’re thrilled to send your message FREE for TLC members, as long as:

  • Special Offer – You offer something special to the employee or their guest. For example, buy one get one. *This cannot include regular specials.

  • Special Event – You provide all of the details for a special event so that the lodging personnel can appropriately pass along the information to the guests.

  • Newsworthy items – You present a new program, tour, menu, chef, etc., or you are a new member of the TLC and you want to be introduced.

  • Advance Planning – You send your information in enough time for us to build and schedule the emails to be sent. Two weeks should be enough time.

We want you to get the most out of your message, so we retain the right to edit and make it more centered on the audience. We may shorten, fact check, or call you for more information. We track and study the way people open and read emails. Each message will be sent out at a date and time that encourages a higher readership, and your information may go out with other TLC member information.
